Gently shake the eyeliner pen to activate the adhesive formula. Glide the tip along your upper lash line, just like you would with a regular liquid eyeliner. Apply an even, continuous line where you want your lash band to sit. Let the liner set for about 10–15 seconds. This helps the adhesive become tacky for a stronger hold. Using tweezers or your fingers, place your false lashes directly on top of the liner. Press down gently to secure the lashes in place, starting from the inner corner and moving outward. Press along the lash band to ensure it's fully adhered. Add a little more liner to the inner or outer corners if extra hold is needed.
