- Products shipped using Penta Express and Post Ex service in Pakistan.
- We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customer. Replacement will be provided to customer in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy.
- Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to tonyandteenacosmeticspk@gmail.com with request for replacement.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
- To ensure customer protection, record an unboxing video showing the seal opening. Claims for damaged or missing products without this video evidence will not be accepted.
- Refunds are only provided for the value of products; delivery charges are non-refundable.
