Refund/Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
2. To ensure customer protection, record an unboxing video showing the seal opening. Claims for damaged or missing products without this video evidence will not be accepted.
3. Refunds are only provided for the value of products; delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Clearance sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
5. Free replacements are offered only for wrong products or shades delivered; otherwise, customers must bear return shipping costs.
6. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving returned products, which must be unused and in original condition.

8. Certain items, such as gift cards and downloadable software, are non-returnable.
9. Partial refunds may be granted for used or damaged items.

Shipping Policy:

1. Free Delivery on orders over 5000/- 
2. Standard Shipping Rate are 250/- Nationwide.
3. Products shipped using Penta Express and Post Ex service in Pakistan.
4. We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customer. Replacement will be provided to customer in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy.
